Adventures In Home Improvement: What I've learned thus far

1.If you hold the steamer on the wallpaper for too long,it melts the wall. Not that I've done that or anything.......

2.Vinegar and hot water remove wallpaper reallyyy good

3. Ripping wallpaper off the wall is surprisingly fun

4.CHECK THE "OOPSES"(?) PAINT SHELF AT HOME DEPOT!!!!I found a 2 gallon bucket close to the exact shade I wanted, and the nice Home Depot guy ( You rock TJ!!!!THANX FOR MIXING UP THAT PAINT!!!!I KNOW I WAS PICKY!! ) was able to tint the paint to the exact shade I wanted. That's two gallons of Behr paint for $15.00. Do the math.That's a lotta money I just saved people!!!!!!!!!!!

5.Home Depot is actually a fun store once you've been in there for a little while :)

I'm a baddddddddd blogger

I'm so ashamed.For weeks,I have been a very faithful blogger. But now that it's summer, everything important is thrown out the window ( and I mean this in the best possible way ;)) We have been so busy with baseball,getting together with family,and just trying to soak up every minute of vacation.I have a whoooooooollllllleeee lot to write about, so maybe I can get the hang of this blogging thing again :)

New layout

My old layout was depressing. Let's face it, who wants to look at lockers and other school "things" when summer is just beginning? Ha, not me. So I took matters into my own hands. Blogger came up with a whole new way to design layouts. It's really easy,and I totally recommend it.

On another note, I should probably talk about my gardening experience. It was hot. I got sunburned. My mom and I were sweating. A lot. But it was so, totally worth it :)We planted cucumbers,squash,beets,corn,pepper,lettuce,tomatoes,basil,potatoes,and green beans. I can't wait to taste the fresh veggies!!!!(except for the beets........yuck!!!)
